Tattoo Policies

Please take your time reading over this information. I will always do my best to be as transparent as I can with you and share important information with clarity! I only ask that you, as my client, do the same. Thank you for your time and interest!

Booking Policy

• All appointment inquiries must be sent via email to lextattoos95@gmail.com or via the forms on my website.

• Email must include the following:

-your name and cell phone number

-a description of your desired tattoo including the style, size in inches, and if you’re interested in color or black/grey

-the desired location

-your budget

• Upon scheduling an appointment, a $50 nonrefundable deposit must be paid. You have the option to pay in cash at the shop or via your Goldie appointment link. You must pay your deposit within 72 hours or your appointment could be forfeited to another client willing to pay the deposit.

If you choose to pay via Goldie, a platform fee will be charged. Also, your $50 deposit will go towards the total cost of your tattoo.

Once details are discussed, I will offer a price estimate quote for our project. The remaining balance will be due in cash at the time of your appointment.

• You will receive an email with your design at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you please give me as much notice as possible!

• You can use your Goldie appointment link to cancel; I ask that you please email me as well!

Your deposit remains nonrefundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, I require a 5 day notice via email.

Your deposit will transfer over to your 1st reschedule.
